Who Am I?
Hello! My name is Stephanie Murray and I will be your webmaster for today. I am a young Australian woman with a keen interest in living a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do so – without the stress.
My journey started a few years ago, when I was unhappy with my then weight but didn’t know what to do about it. ‘Diets’ were everywhere but I didn’t trust them. I am not keen on restrictions or going hungry in the name of vanity, so I decided to formulate my own rules.
Lo and behold, they worked.
By using a number of simple, healthy and gradual steps I was able to lose weight and keep it off. Although change seemed scary at first, before I knew it I was on a roll and didn’t realize just how far I had come – until I stepped onto the scales.
My aim is to help other women realize that they don’t have to starve themselves or be unhappy and restricted to feel healthy, lose weight and look great. There are natural, easy and effective ways to lose weight that are enjoyable too!
